地铁、轻轨及有轨电车车辆制动时,将多余电能转化为热能消耗,从而达到车辆安全电制动的目的.
Transfer surplus electric energy into thermal energy when subways, light rails and tramcars are braking, so as to achieve the purpose of safe electric braking of vehicles.
